The Full Tea Party Set Hire – R1500
Per 12 ppl:
– Box stands,
– Teapots & teacups
– x3 tiered stands
– x2 cake stand
– x10 side plates & dessert forks
– 2m fold out table, white tablecloth & pink runner
– Vase, flowers & eucalyptus.
Including delivery, setup / styling & collection.
(Delivery further than 20km radius of Newlands will be an additional R100 per 10km radius.)
Additional cost: Foliage arch, pink tea light & smaller arch – R600

DELIVERY, COLLECTION & SETUP FEES
DELIVERY/COLLECTION & PLATTER COLLECTION:
Delivery & Platter Collection is charged at R10 per km from our Claremont base. Minimum delivery/collection charge R80.
HIGH TEA BREAKDOWN & HIRE ITEM COLLECTION:
We offer breakdown and collection no later than 5pm on the day of the event, PLEASE ENSURE all food has been been cleared away before we arrive.
For evening events we supply boxes for you to gather any leftovers. The following day, you can either drop the hired items to our Claremont base, or we can collect at the same delivery charge
SETUP & STYLING: We charge a flat rate of R400 for the first hour (for 20-30ppl) and R100 for each half hour there after (for larger gatherings of 30ppl +).
